DELIVERY

We can deliver directly to your home, hotel, holiday rental accommodation, this must be arranged at time of booking or with prior agreement.

CUSTOMER COLLECTION

Pick up from main office: 24-26 Craigie Road, Mount Martha, VIC 3934

During summer orders can be collected 7 days a week from our main office during opening hours and by pre-arranged appointment:
Summer hours: 1st December to 31st March
Monday to Friday 9:30 to 17:00
Saturday (by appointment ONLY) 8:00 to 13:00
Sunday (by appointment ONLY) 9:00 to 12:00
CUSTOMER RETURNS
Drop off at either one of our locations on the Mornington Peninsula.

CARSEAT INSTALLATION

We install our car seats, boosters and capsules at our main office location for free, or at yours for a small fee.

At time of booking please select mobile installation if you require us to come to you.
HOW WE STAY IN TOUCH

We'll text you before hire starts and ends, to update you about your order and remind you of appointments and returns.
Overseas customers

If you are an overseas customer, please ensure you have WhatsApp available on your phone so we can reach you both prior and during your hire period. Or please provide us a local contact number at time of booking.
